Terms of Service

By creating an API key, installing NineGate, or using the NineGate gateway, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NineGate is an AI assistant you install on your own computer, together with the subscription API gateway that forwards its requests to language model providers, under a per-period token allowance set by your plan.

NineGate is built on MIT-licensed open source software. The licence file and the original authors’ copyright notices are included with every installation.

• Every plan has a token limit per 5 hours and per week.
• Counting is based on absolute tokens (prompt + response) as reported by the model provider.
• An allowance cycle starts on your first request, not at a fixed hour. When a cycle ends, the allowance is restored in full and the next cycle waits for your next request.
• Requests beyond the allowance are refused with a 429 until the following cycle.

A request already in flight is not cut off partway. Usage at the end of a cycle can therefore exceed the limit slightly; the excess is recorded as it happened and counted against that cycle.

• Sharing, reselling, or renting your API key to anyone else
• Using the service for activity that is unlawful in the Republic of Indonesia
• Generating child sexual abuse material, or any other unlawful content
• Attempting to circumvent allowance limits, including dropping connections to avoid being counted
• Breaching the usage terms of the model providers behind this service

One API key is for one user or one organisation, according to the plan agreed. A breach may result in suspension without refund.

You sign up yourself, with an email address you control, and must verify it before the account can be used. Keep your password confidential; all activity through your account is your responsibility.

You may create as many API keys as you need — one per device, for instance. All keys on an account share the same allowance; keys separate usage records and allow per-device revocation, they do not add allowance.

API keys are stored encrypted so that you can see them again in the portal at any time. Treat a key like a password: anyone holding it can spend your allowance. If a key leaks you can delete it yourself in the portal, and deletion takes effect immediately.

This service depends on third-party model providers outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and any given model may be changed, restricted or withdrawn by its provider at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to give notice before changes that affect you.

Every new account gets a free trial, starting when your email address is verified. No credit card is requested, and there is no automatic charge at the end of the trial — the service simply stops until you choose to pay.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period you choose, through the payment provider Midtrans. We do not store your card details. There is no automatic renewal: you start each subsequent period yourself.

All plans end at 23:59 WIB on their final day. Renewing before the current period expires does not forfeit your remaining days — the new period is added after the old end date.

Allowance does not carry over to the next period. Promotional codes apply on the terms stated with each code and may be withdrawn at any time; a code already applied to a completed payment is unaffected.

Payments received are in principle non-refundable, except where we fail to provide the service through our own fault. Contact admin@dritech.co.id if you believe something is wrong with your billing.

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the credentials for the accounts you connect are stored on your computer, and we do not store the contents of your conversations.

The service is provided as is. PT Digital Reka Inovasi is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the service.

Language model output can be wrong. NineGate can take actions on your computer and in your accounts on your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing consequential actions — particularly those that send messages, modify files, or delete data.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that endangers the service for other users. You may stop at any time by discontinuing use and telling us.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are to be settled first by discussion; failing that, before a competent court in Indonesia.
